About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deliver automated solutions on the ServiceNow platform within a large and complex enterprise environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing service management capabilities by delivering robust, scalable, and integrated solutions, while also providing technical leadership and guidance to uplift delivery standards across the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including integration, automation, and workflow enhancements
  • Deliver end-to-end technical solutions including design, build, testing, deployment, and support
  • Develop integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
  • Build and maintain custom spokes and reusable components within ServiceNow
  • Provide operational and administrative support for the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery outcomes
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to improve business processes and efficiencies
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation aligned with enterprise standards

 

Highly Desirable Criteria

 

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow development, particularly Integration Hub and Service Catalogue
  • Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware technologies
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and .NET development
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade automation solutions
  • Experience with MID Server configuration and system integrations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • ITIL certification and understanding of service management frameworks
  • Experience working in large, complex or government environments

 

Desirable Criteria

 

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist – Integration Hub)
  • Experience with message queue technologies (e.g. Kafka)
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps delivery environments
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Software Engineering
