About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join the Applications Branch as part of the Dynamics Team for one of our state government clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, customisation, integration, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable, and high-quality solutions that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop custom workflows, plug-ins, and business logic using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET technologies.
• Customise and support Dynamics 365 Portals and Resco Mobility solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Develop solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Visual Studio.
• Support data migration activities and work with relational databases.
• Produce system, technical, and support documentation in accordance with quality management standards.
• Participate in Agile software development, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend effective, sustainable technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, standards, and legislative requirements.

Highly Desirable Criteria

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customisation.
• Experience delivering large and complex Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Strong experience developing CRM custom workflows and plug-ins.
• Experience customising Dynamics 365 Portals.
• Experience developing and supporting Resco Mobility solutions.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Strong C#, ASP.NET, and .NET development experience.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts.
• Experience producing system and support documentation aligned with quality management processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Ability to propose innovative and sustainable technical solutions.
• Experience working within government or large enterprise environments.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong technical skills in C#, ASP.NET, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Visual Studio.
• Practical experience customising Dynamics 365 functionality and Portals.
• Experience developing custom workflows, plug-ins, and integration solutions.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data migration.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to build productive working relationships across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and constructively challenge business requirements to achieve the best technical outcomes.
• Commitment to complying with organisational policies, standards, and legislation.
