About the role

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to support the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation initiative. You will be responsible for the deployment, support, development, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and associated products.

You will work closely with Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, testers, and project teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including workflows, plug-ins, integrations, deployments, and monitoring
  • Participate in agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, estimations, and grooming sessions
  • Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads on solution design, reviews, and improvement initiatives
  • Support DevOps, build, and release activities
  • Work closely with testers and project staff to manage defects and deliver sprint outcomes
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and as-built artefacts
  • Conduct peer reviews across code, configurations, and technical deliverables
  • Identify technical risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams to manage dependencies and release alignment
  • Ensure solutions align with accessibility standards, UX principles, and development best practices
  • Support transition of solutions into operations and ongoing production support

Highly desirable criteria

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer role
  • Strong experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management within Dynamics 365 environments
  • Experience developing modular solutions using managed solutions
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration
  • Experience with Workflows, Cloud Flows, Power Automate, Plug-ins, Power BI, and client-side development
  • Experience developing and maintaining entity models
  • Experience creating and updating technical design documentation
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps and GIT
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Azure cloud services
  • Experience with Power Apps Portals and Unified Client Interface, including Canvas Apps
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM solution lifecycle and best practices
  • Experience with Angular 6+, C#, HTML, CSS, and Web APIs
  • Experience incorporating accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 into solution delivery

Desirable criteria

  • Experience working within agile and SAFe delivery environments
  • Experience delivering within large bodies of work with multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with client and case management systems
  • Experience delivering solutions for both internal users and external or public-facing users
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
  • Experience with Azure-based integration and data migration services
  • Experience with SQL Server and non-relational storage platforms
  • SAFe certification or accreditation
  • Familiarity with inclusive design principles
