About the Role
This hands-on consulting role blends deep technical expertise with client engagement and project delivery. You will design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365, Security, and Modern Workplace solutions while supporting pre-sales and mentoring junior staff. In return, you will work with best-in-class tech alongside a senior engineering team.
Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Pre-Sales: Act as a trusted advisor, leading client workshops, scoping technical solutions, and drafting proposals.

Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of M365, security, and modern workplace projects (migrations, tenant configurations, and security hardening).

Vendor Engagement: Maintain close ties with Microsoft to translate upcoming technology roadmaps into value for our clients.

Service Uplift & Mentorship: Provide escalation support, standardise runbooks, and mentor junior engineers to foster continuous learning.
Highly Desirable Criteria
-
Experience: 5+ years in a consulting or managed services environment.

M365 & Endpoint Expertise: Deep hands-on skills across M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Intune, Autopilot, and Zero Trust.

Security & Compliance: Strong proficiency in Entra ID, Defender suite, Sentinel, and frameworks like Essential Eight and ISO 27001.

Consulting & Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects, scope pre-sales, present to executives, and mentor junior staff.

Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certs (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, or SC-200).
Desirable Criteria

Microsoft Azure experience (AZ-104 or AZ-305 preferred).

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform / Copilot deployments.

Experience navigating Microsoft partner programmes and co-selling.
