This is a relationship-focused role centred on business development, account management, and building long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships across Queensland's technology market
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Growing and managing client partnerships
• Providing market insights and recruitment advice
• Working closely with our delivery team to achieve successful outcomes
• Representing Exclaim IT at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
• Building your professional network and personal brand

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT sector
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
