About the role

Join a large Brisbane-based organisation as a Senior Full Stack Developer in a permanent, full time position. You'll lead the design, development, and support of modern cloud and web applications, working alongside a collaborative tech team to deliver real impact across a wide network of sites.

What you'll do

• Architect and build modern web applications using React and .NET
• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from design through to production
• Influence technical direction and advise senior stakeholders on system design
• Mentor team members and build digital capability across the organisation
• Drive continuous improvement through high-level reviews and technical analysis

Skills & experience

• Strong React and .NET experience across full delivery lifecycle
• Confidence with Azure cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholder relationships
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience
• Australian work rights and a current Queensland driver's licence
